Global Hospitality Gateway (GHG) offers mystery shopper opportunities to help leading hospitality brands improve their guest experience. We regularly review applications to ensure we provide fresh unbiased feedback to our clients.
Evaluate all areas of the hotel
Complete a detailed online report after each visit
Identify strengths and areas for improvement
Strong written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Full internet access
Previous hotel or hospitality experience
All-inclusive hotel stays in luxurious destinations. Service fees paid after delivering the report.
Mystery shopping is a flexible way to earn extra income while helping hotels improve customer service. GHG offers multiple assignments each month across various hotels. We are looking for detail-oriented reliable individuals who can follow instructions meet deadlines and submit clear factual reports.
