Exciting Job Opportunity For Multi Technician To Work In Dubai

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Air Conditioning Electrical and Plumbing systems
Diagnose and repair faults in split ACs window ACs and basic HVAC systems
Conduct electrical maintenance including wiring DBs switches sockets lighting and basic control panels
Execute plumbing repairs involving leaks pipelines sanitary fittings valves and fixtures
Adhere to safety standards and site-specific procedures during all tasks
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests
Maintain tools equipment and accurate job records
Coordinate with supervisors and provide daily updates on work progress

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 24 years of hands-on experience as a Multi Technician in AC Electrical and Plumbing maintenance
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Physically fit and capable of performing on-site duties under varying conditions
Age limit: Maximum 40 years
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Prior experience in facility management commercial buildings or residential maintenance
Available for immediate joining or with short notice availability
