Mechanical Site Engineer

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for Mechanical Site Engineer to join a top qualified and knowledgeable Construction team of our Oil Gas and Chemicals Division.

What you will need to do:

• Supervise and execute Mechanical site works in accordance with approved drawings project specifications and construction schedules.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety quality and project schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors client representatives and other disciplines to ensure smooth site execution.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings technical specifications and approved method statements.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and Permit-to-Work (PTW) requirements and participate in regular site safety inspections.
• Monitor construction progress prepare daily and weekly site reports and provide progress updates to project management.
• Manage manpower materials tools and equipment to ensure efficient site execution.
• Identify report and resolve site technical issues coordinating with the Engineering and QA/QC teams as required.
• Liaise with QA/QC and client representatives to support inspections approvals and compliance with project quality requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned works and support project handover activities.

What you will need to have: 

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
• Experience supervising Mechanical site execution within Oil & Gas or EPC construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors client representatives and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of project specifications construction standards HSE requirements and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures inspections and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings technical specifications and construction documents.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
• English Full Professional Proficiency.
