Job Description:

We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer for our confidential client within Abu Dhabis building construction sector. The successful candidate will design supervise and maintain mechanical systems across residential and commercial projects ensuring efficiency quality and compliance with UAE safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and oversee HVAC plumbing drainage and fire-fighting systems.
Review MEP drawings specifications and BOQs for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct site inspections and monitor installation progress.
Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare technical documentation material submittal and as-built drawings.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site mechanical challenges.
Ensure adherence Municipality DEWA and Civil Defence requirements.
Support estimation scheduling and procurement activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
35 years of MEP or building construction experience in the UAE.
Strong understanding of HVAC plumbing and fire-fighting systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD Revit MEP and MS Office.
Good knowledge of UAE codes and authority approval processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
