The Role
The Marketing Director will provide strategic leadership across all marketing disciplines including brand management digital marketing communications customer engagement product marketing and market intelligence. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support commercial performance and long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organizations overall marketing strategy.
Lead brand positioning and long-term brand development initiatives.
Oversee digital marketing communications and media planning.
Develop annual marketing budgets and monitor expenditure.
Lead market research and customer insight initiatives.
Support commercial teams with customer acquisition strategies.
Monitor marketing performance through relevant KPIs and analytics.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies and strategic partners.
Lead product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
Build develop and mentor high-performing marketing teams.
Present marketing strategies and performance to executive leadership.
Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related discipline.
MBA is considered an advantage.
12 years of progressive marketing experience including leadership roles.
Excellent leadership presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be beneficial.
