Manager Architectural Construction Supervision

We are seeking a detail-oriented and decisive Manager - Architectural - Construction Supervision to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this role you will oversee all architectural and construction supervision activities on assigned projects ensuring compliance with design specifications building codes and safety standards. You will serve as a key liaison between the design team contractors and project stakeholders maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency throughout the construction process.

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to architectural plans specifications and approved drawings
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify compliance with building codes safety regulations and UAE construction standards
• Manage and communicate with contractors subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely project delivery and resolution of construction-related issues
• Review and analyze construction progress reports timelines and budgets to identify variances and implement corrective actions
• Prepare detailed documentation including daily reports inspection records and photographic evidence of construction phases
• Coordinate with the architectural and engineering teams to address design clarifications and resolve on-site challenges
• Ensure all safety protocols and occupational health standards are maintained throughout the construction process
• Manage contract administration tasks including change orders claims and documentation
• Lead and mentor on-site teams fostering a collaborative and professional work environment
• Monitor resource allocation and equipment utilization to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Qualifications :

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in construction supervision and site management
• Bachelor;s degree in Architecture
• Proven expertise in architectural supervision and knowledge of building codes and construction standards
• Strong proficiency in project management and coordination of multiple construction activities
• Demonstrated experience with quality control compliance verification and safety management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive decisions
• Proficiency in CAD software and construction management programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of contract administration and construction documentation
• Experience working on commercial or large-scale construction projects
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology (preferred)
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations standards and local building requirements (preferred)
• Experience with construction management software and digital project tracking tools (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence
