Job Summary (List Format):
- Oversee and perform diagnostics maintenance and repairs on outboard and inboard marine engines.
- Lead and supervise a team of marine technicians assigning tasks and ensuring high service quality.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of marine engines with strong skills in using Mercury diagnostic tools and procedures.
- Conduct inspections routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical components of Mercury motors.
- Identify and resolve engine issues efficiently through advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Maintain accurate service records repair documentation and provide detailed reports to management or customers.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols environmental regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers addressing concerns explaining repairs and offering performance recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest marine industry technologies through ongoing training and certifications.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership problem-solving and team management skills to motivate and guide technicians.
