- Oversee and perform maintenance diagnostics and repairs on outboard and inboard marine motors with a focus on Mercury engines.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians assigning tasks and ensuring high-quality efficient service delivery.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic skills and tools to accurately identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance repairs and inspections on marine engines and related systems.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance activities are thoroughly documented and reported.
- Uphold and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations within the team.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries explaining repair processes and offering performance recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements tools and certifications.
- Foster a safe motivated and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership effective communication and organizational skills.
