Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are hiring Quantity Surveyors with 35 years of mandatory experience in façade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BOQ verification quantity take-offs cost estimation variation orders progress billing subcontractor coordination and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.

• 35 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Façade/Aluminum & Glazing projects (Mandatory).
  
• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation quantity take-offs cost estimation and contract administration.
  
• Experience in progress billing variation orders and commercial reporting.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
  
• Strong analytical communication and coordination skills
  

• Verify BOQs against subcontract packages and contract agreements.
  
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
  
• Monitor material deliveries and installation progress.
  
• Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers Logistics and Technical teams.
  
• Prepare monthly progress claims and payment applications.
  
• Review drawing revisions and prepare variation orders (VOs).
  
• Evaluate subcontractor claims and change orders.
  
• Prepare monthly cost reports and Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reports.
  
• Maintain payment records interim payment applications and project documentation.
  
• Track project progress profitability and commercial performance.
