Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are hiring Quantity Surveyors with 35 years of mandatory experience in façade projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for BOQ verification quantity take-offs cost estimation variation orders progress billing subcontractor coordination and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
- 35 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Façade/Aluminum & Glazing projects (Mandatory).
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation quantity take-offs cost estimation and contract administration.
- Experience in progress billing variation orders and commercial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical communication and coordination skills
- Verify BOQs against subcontract packages and contract agreements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
- Monitor material deliveries and installation progress.
- Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers Logistics and Technical teams.
- Prepare monthly progress claims and payment applications.
- Review drawing revisions and prepare variation orders (VOs).
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and change orders.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reports.
- Maintain payment records interim payment applications and project documentation.
- Track project progress profitability and commercial performance.

Required Skills:
