ملخص الوظيفة
Install and commission of TRANS make package unit
Evaluate and draw action plan for retrofit of the obsolete HVAC system.
Follow up of the ongoing retrofit works.
Develop PM plan in Maximo for all the HVAC assets ( as per OEM manual and experience) utilizing best industrial practices.
Create inventory list for all the HVAC system and define stock levels for reliable operation.
Suggest modification or improvement of the existing HVAC system.
Review the contractors work management (LTSA team) and realign the maintenance works (PM/CM).
Minimum Hire Duration: 06 Months
