HSE Manager

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of HSE Manager in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Electromechanical / Electrical Contracting sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures across projects.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client requirements.
  
• Lead safety inspections audits and site monitoring.
  
• Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.
  
• Deliver HSE induction and safety training programs.
  
• Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance.
  
• Maintain HSE records reports and statutory documentation.
  

• HSE Management Implement and monitor safety management systems.
  
• Risk Assessment Identify hazards and implement mitigation measures.
  
• Safety Auditing Conduct inspections and compliance audits.
  
• Incident Investigation Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  
• Electrical & Electromechanical Safety Ensure safe execution of electrical contracting activities.
