We are looking for an HR Assistant with a strong focus on recruitment to support hiring activities for retail office warehouse and operational roles.
The role will mainly handle job posting candidate sourcing CV screening initial calls interview coordination recruitment follow-up and maintaining recruitment records.
Main Responsibilities
Post vacancies on job portals and recruitment channels.
Source and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial screening calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
Support offer preparation pre-joining requirements and onboarding coordination.
Assist with HR administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
Previous recruitment experience in the UAE.
Experience in job posting sourcing screening and interview coordination.
Experience hiring retail sales office or warehouse employees is preferred.
Basic knowledge of UAE labour law onboarding and visa procedures.
Good communication negotiation organization and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR/recruitment systems.
Zoho Recruit experience is an advantage.
