We are looking for a strong professional with extensive experience in setting up and managing production processes from scratch.
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Responsibilities:

Full-cycle production setup (from concept to launch).

Preparation and management of all required permits and documentation.

Recruitment and management of production staff.
-
Ensuring product quality and compliance with international standards.

Optimization and supervision of all production stages.
-
Coordination with suppliers contractors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
-
Proven track record in launching and managing production facilities.

Strong expertise in engineering production management and quality assurance.

Knowledge of certification and regulatory procedures.

Fluent English (spoken & written).
-
Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian will be an advantage.
-
Willingness to relocate and work full-time in the UAE.
