Guest Relations Agent

Location: The Palm Dubai UAE
Industry: International Branded Resort
Basic Salary: AED 2500 per month

We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Relations Agent to join an international branded resort on The Palm. The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome and attentive service throughout each guests stay.

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
• Respond to guest enquiries and provide helpful information about the resort and its facilities
• Handle guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departments
• Answer calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team
• Help resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Deliver attentive service and maintain a welcoming professional presence

• Good English communication skills
• German Spanish Chinese or French language skills are preferred
• Previous hotel front office or guest relations experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional presentable and flexible to work shifts

• Basic salary of AED 2500 per month
