The Growth Marketing Associate will be responsible for driving user acquisition activation engagement retention and overall commercial growth across digital financial services. The role will execute data-driven marketing initiatives CRM and lifecycle campaigns customer engagement programs and growth experiments while collaborating with Product Commercial Data Customer Experience and Technology teams. The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking creativity and commercial acumen to optimize customer journeys improve marketing performance support partnership initiatives and contribute to revenue growth and business expansion.
Duties and Responsibilities
Growth Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan execute and optimize multi-channel growth marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition activation engagement retention and reactivation.
Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments to improve campaign performance conversion customer lifetime value (LTV) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
Support commercial initiatives product launches and market expansion activities.
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
Manage CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Optimize user journeys through personalized customer communications.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
Analyze customer behavior campaign performance funnel metrics and marketing KPIs using GA4 dashboards and reporting tools.
Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights to support marketing optimization and commercial decision-making.
Content Partnerships & Collaboration
Develop content for social media email marketing in-app messaging and performance marketing creatives.
Support partnership marketing competitive analysis market research and identification of new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Product Commercial Customer Experience Data and Technology teams to successfully execute growth initiatives.
Commercial & Continuous Improvement
Monitor revenue drivers marketing ROI commercial KPIs and basic P&L impact of marketing activities.
Stay current with growth marketing trends digital marketing tools customer experience best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications
MBA preferred or equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong commercial and analytical capabilities.
Proven experience in Growth Marketing Digital Marketing Performance Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing preferably within FinTech Digital Payments Banking Mobile Wallets or Financial Services.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot Braze CleverTap Salesforce or similar.
Strong knowledge of customer acquisition lifecycle marketing segmentation automation user journeys retention strategies and campaign optimization.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) dashboards funnel analytics reporting and performance measurement.
Strong analytical problem-solving project management and stakeholder management skills.
Experience creating content for social media email marketing in-app communications and digital campaigns with a creative and innovative mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
Good understanding of customer lifecycle metrics commercial KPIs marketing ROI revenue drivers and basic P&L concepts.
