A leading logistics and freight forwarding company is seeking an experienced General Manager Dubai to oversee its Jebel Ali operations. This role requires a highly motivated professional with a strong background in Air and Sea Freight operations excellent industry connections and a proven ability to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 180 employees managing key customer relationships and expanding the companys presence in the region.

• Oversee and manage Air and Sea Freight operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents shipping lines and key industry stakeholders.
• Lead mentor and manage a large team driving operational excellence and team performance.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with preference given to candidates who bring captive business.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing and expanding key client accounts.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency profitability and market positioning.
• Ensure full compliance with JAFZA regulations and logistics industry best practices.

• Proven experience in Air and Sea Freight operations.
• Strong network within the shipping and logistics industry including relationships with agents and shipping lines.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with experience managing large teams.
• Business development expertise with a track record of securing and expanding client relationships.
• Preference for candidates who can bring captive business.
