Fine Fragrance Senior Sales Support Executive Dubai

Your future position

Due to continued business growth we are looking for aFine Fragrance Senior Sales Support Executive to join our commercial team in Dubai.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director you will provide commercial project and administrative support to help deliver customer projects and support business growth across the region.

At Givaudan we create fragrances that are part of consumers everyday lives. With more than 250 years of innovation and expertise we partner with customers to develop inspiring products for local regional and global markets.

In this role you will:

Support our business

• Coordinate project and sample requests from initiation to completion.

• Support market product sourcing and customer requests.

• Prepare quotations and maintain accurate data in internal systems.

Support commercial activities

• Analyse data and prepare reports presentations and dashboards.

• Manage priorities and provide support to the sales team.

• Maintain project tracking tools and commercial reports.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Commerce Marketing or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales support commercial support customer service or project coordination.

• Experience working in international teams or across different countries and cultures.

• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to the UAE.

• Written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Additional Arabic and/or French language skills may support success in this role.

• Exposure to ERP systems including SAP.

• Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple tasks.

• Attention to detail and an organized approach to work.

• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
