General Manager - Transformers

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a General Manager for a well-established company in their Power/Distribution Transformers Segment. The right candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to all departments over several manufacturing plants.

- Should present and execute consistent growth in top and bottom line with solid growth strategies, short & long-term forecasts, partnerships, or new business initiatives.

- Developing and managing Sales and Marketing Team by guiding on commercial opportunities, strategic business decisions through market research and analysis.

- Build the company s product presence in slow moving markets by analyzing opportunities and developing goals accordingly.

- Identifying product gaps and suggest product adaptations to the Product R&D group.

- Manage budgets, expenses, pricing, and other commercial arrangements to ensure profitability and revenue goals of the company.

- Partnering with Technical, Production, QHSE and Finance Team to ensure customer satisfaction, product & service quality, and financial performance.

- Attend networking events, build, and nurture industry connections to facilitate business growth.

- Oversee branding and marketing endeavors to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals.
