DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai.
If you have 12 years of accounting experience and are looking to grow your career in a dynamic organization wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & General Ledger
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and execute month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
2. Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR)
- Process vendor invoices manage purchase orders and execute timely supplier payments.
4. Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Compute file and reconcile local and federal tax requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to trade regulations and corporate tax laws.
5. Banking & Audits
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and manage petty cash.
- Prepare supporting documents schedules and reports for internal and annual external audits.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce. Professional qualifications are an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience ideally within the trading distribution or supply chain industries.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in modern ERP and accounting software (e.g. SAP Oracle Cloud Tally Prime or QuickBooks). Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory.
- Competencies: Strong analytical mindset high attention to detail and ability to handle multi-currency ledgers and fluctuating costs.
