At Stella Stays you will:
We are on the hunt for a Full Stack QA specialist wholl be the guardian of our software kingdom ensuring that each line of code bows down to the standards of excellence. Picture yourself as the Sherlock Holmes of software testing scrutinizing requirements and design documents to crack the case of quality assurance. Your mission will be to craft ingenious test plans and test cases leaving no stone unturned to reveal the hidden bugs and ensure our products shine like sparkling gems.
- Review and assess requirements specifications and technical design documents providing timely feedback.
- Develop detailed comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate in refining Acceptance Criteria during Sprint Planning activities.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance the development process and the final product.
- Deliver test plans for each project component ensuring alignment with functional and non-functional requirements and addressing strategic business needs.
- Prioritize and plan testing activities effectively.
- Take on the role of a test engineer designing developing and executing automated tests.
- Identify and report issues subsequently verifying the resolution of identified problems.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- Possess a strong grasp of Agile methodology software QA methodologies tools and processes.
- Proficient in conducting UI testing for both Web and Mobile Apps.
- Capable of crafting test scenarios and test cases for manual testing.
- Skilled in creating unit and integration tests.
- Familiarity with various testing frameworks.
- Experience in crafting automation test cases using tools like Playwright or similar options.
- Familiarity with API automation tools such as Postman.
- Exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery tools.
- Competence in bug tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in project management practices.

Required Skills:
A robust portfolio that demonstrates deep UX thinking especially in creating efficient and intuitive user flows. This will be presented and defended during the interview. Minimum of three years of UI/UX design experience with a substantial emphasis on user experience design. Preference for candidates with experience in designing intricate user flows for complex digital environments. Mastery in standard interface design applications particularly Figma. Deep-seated knowledge of UX design best practices coupled with a proven track record of designing for efficiency and user intuitiveness. Ability to extrapolate comprehensive user flows from minimal inputs such as user stories. Demonstrated foresight in anticipating future user needs and proactively identifying potential new features. Strong teamwork skills; experience with agile teams and collaborating with product managers and developers Capacity to translate abstract concepts into actionable UI designs. Passion for understanding and solving user challenges through innovative design. A proactive approach to staying updated with the latest UX trends research and methodologies in the industry.
