ملخص الوظيفة
Black & Grey HR is hiring a fresher with an IT background for our client in the luxury building materials industry based in Dubai UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent IT graduate to kickstart their career in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide firstlevel technical support for hardware software and network issues across departments.
Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of IT systems and office equipment.
Support users with daytoday technical queries and troubleshoot common IT problems.
Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation of hardware/software assets.
Help streamline internal workflows through automation and productivity tools (e.g. MS Office cloud platforms).
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good understanding of Windows operating systems networking basics and common office applications.
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under minimal supervision.
