As a Food & Beverage Coordinator you will support the administrative and operational coordination of all F&B outlets and banquet operations. Also you assist in maintaining service standards reporting and departmental communication. And you will develop core hospitality and leadership skills for long-term career progression within F&B management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate administrative tasks for F&B outlets including schedules attendance and training records.
• Maintain operational reports service trackers and compliance documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction of new F&B colleagues.
• Act as a liaison between F&B Operations Finance and Human Resources.
• Assist with departmental projects audits and service improvement initiatives.

About You:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with operational teams.
• Basic understanding of F&B operations or strong willingness to learn.
• Professional dependable and committed to service excellence.
• Proactive adaptable and motivated to grow into future F&B leadership roles.
