Finance Manager (Costing & SAP S4HANA)

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with deep expertise in cost accounting financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and SAP S/4HANA. The role will be responsible for driving cost efficiency supporting business decision-making and ensuring accurate financial reporting through advanced ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee monthly quarterly and annual financial closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS/local GAAP
- Ensure accuracy integrity and timeliness of financial reporting
- Partner with senior management to present financial insights and recommendations
2. Costing & Profitability Analysis
- Lead all aspects of cost accounting including standard costing variance analysis and product costing
- Analyze manufacturing/service costs and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Drive profitability analysis by product customer and business unit
- Monitor overhead allocation activity-based costing (ABC) and cost control initiatives
3. SAP S/4HANA Management
- Act as a key finance lead for SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO modules)
- Ensure effective system utilization for costing reporting and controlling
- Support SAP implementation upgrades and enhancements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on system improvements and automation
- Ensure master data integrity (cost centers profit centers material costing etc.)
4. Budgeting Forecasting & Planning
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization
- Develop financial models to support strategic decisions
- Track actual vs budget performance and provide variance analysis
- Support long-term financial planning and business strategy
5. Business Partnering
- Collaborate with operations procurement and commercial teams
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business growth
- Drive cost efficiency and operational improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
Education & Certification
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Professional qualification preferred (CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA / CIMA)
Experience
- 812 years of experience in finance with strong costing background
- Proven experience in manufacturing / industrial / FMCG environments (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO Product Costing COPA)SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
- Exposure to digital finance transformation initiatives
- Experience in multi-country or regional finance roles
Technical Skills
- Advanced cost accounting and financial analysis skills
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules (FI CO Material Ledger COPA)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools (added advantage)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration
- High attention to detail and business acumen
