Were recruiting a Finance and Accounts Manager for one of our clients who is a retail company based in the UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a leading garment manufacturing and retail company in the UAE renowned for delivering high-quality apparel and innovative fashion solutions. With a strong presence across the region the company has built a reputation for excellence through its commitment to quality operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports and analyses for management
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations VAT Corporate Tax and IFRS
- Monitor internal controls and ensure accurate financial record keeping
- Lead mentor and develop the finance and accounts team
- Support business decision-making with financial insights and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry (mandatory); experience in garment manufacturing is an advantage
- CA ICWA CPA CMA or ACCA qualification is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards VAT Corporate Tax and IFRS
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally SAP Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills
