Dream Communication System LLC, a leading communications firm based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior management, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination of executive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive meetings
- Maintain and organize executive documents, files, and records
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the executive team
Requirements & Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Proactive problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Candidate Preferences:
- Emirati nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
