Executive Assistant

Arabian Agile Professionals is a startup founded by Suhaib Ajlouni bringing professional training and coaching to the Middle East and North Africa region. The company bridges global Agile frameworks with the specific needs of organizations in Jordan Egypt Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries helping businesses navigate digital transformation while maintaining local values.

Manage day-to-day administrative operations and executive coordination remotely from Abu Dhabi under a 12-month freelance contract operating on a 48-hour workweek.

You will take on core executive coordination duties streamline daily administrative workflows and collaborate closely with leadership to support the companys training and coaching initiatives across the region.

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage a 48-hour workweek under a freelance contract structure
