Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced ELV Senior Technician to join a prominent industry in the UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management preferably with experience in managing universities hospitality residential and commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install maintain and repair ELV systems including gates barriers and CCTV.

- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless facilities management.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ELV systems.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management preferably with a reputable FM organization.

- Background in managing diverse facilities including universities hospitality residential and commercial properties.

- In-depth knowledge of ELV systems including gates barriers and CCTV.

- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
