Decision Management Consultants is recruiting an E-commerce Specialist for one of its clients operating in the perfume and fragrance industry in Dubai UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established perfume company specializing in the creation and distribution of premium fragrances. With a strong focus on quality originality and market trends the company offers a diverse range of scents designed to meet both regional and international preferences. Known for consistent standards and customer-focused operations the brand continues to grow its presence across retail and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings pricing and promotions across e-commerce platforms
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns offers and digital content
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns
Plan execute and monitor promotions offers and campaigns to drive sales and increase average order value
Analyze online sales performance and prepare regular sales and inventory reports
Ensure accuracy of product information and timely updates across platforms
Handle online customer inquiries returns and feedback in an efficient manner
Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
UAE experience of 24 years with a mandatory total experience of 57 years
Proven experience managing e-commerce portals such as Amazon and Noon
Strong knowledge of SEO digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills
