Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Design & Costing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in the cable manufacturing industry with strong expertise in cable design technical documentation and product costing. This role requires close coordination with Sales Production and Procurement teams to deliver technically compliant and cost-effective cable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cable designs technical specifications and datasheets based on customer requirements.
• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and prepare accurate product cost sheets.
• Provide technical support and costing inputs for quotations tenders and customer proposals.
• Coordinate with Production and Procurement teams to ensure design feasibility and optimize product costs.
• Maintain and update design standards technical documentation BOMs and costing records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards such as IS IEC ASTM and customer specifications.
• Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  Candidate Profile
• 3 years of experience in design and costing within theElectrical cable manufacturing industry.
• Sound knowledge of cable construction raw materials and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in preparing BOMs cost estimates and technical documentation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic design software/tools.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  Educational Qualification
• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
