Reporting to the Information Technology Director youll play a key role in transforming data into meaningful business insights that help drive better decisions across our hotels and regional Hub office. Youll be responsible for developing modern reporting solutions dashboards and analytics that support business performance across Operations Commercial Finance Revenue People & Culture Procurement and Guest Experience.
Youll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges and translate complex data into simple actionable insights. From designing executive dashboards to automating reporting processes youll help move the business from manual reporting to real-time data-driven decision making.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems has a passion for analytics and thrives on turning data into stories that influence business performance. Requirements
Minimum 57 years of experience in Data Analytics Business Intelligence Data Engineering or a related field
Strong experience developing end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Fabric Power BI Power Query DAX SQL and relational databases
Experience building executive dashboards KPIs and business performance reports
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex data and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience integrating data from multiple systems and automating reporting processes
Strong stakeholder management planning and prioritization skills
Experience with Python Spark semantic modelling and data warehousing concepts would be an advantage
Microsoft certifications such as PL-300 DP-600 or DP-700 are highly desirable
Hospitality or GCC experience would be an advantage

Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills. Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across internal departments corporate clients suppliers and stakeholders. Proven ability to multitask prioritize competing deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced hotel finance environment. Strong administrative capability with a structured and process-driven approach to work. Professional phone and email etiquette with the ability to handle client debtor and stakeholder queries in a courteous and efficient manner. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel Opera PMS and accounting systems such as Oracle / SUN / similar ERP platforms. Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable corporate invoicing reconciliations credit control and general accounting principles. Exposure to Accounts Payable purchasing controls and procurement processes would be an advantage. Preferably 4 years of experience in finance or accounting with hospitality experience strongly preferred. Previous hotel experience managing high-volume corporate accounts and room/F&B revenue streams will be highly advantageous.
