Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site (Dubai UAE)
Salary: AEDper month (maximum) Attractive Incentives
Languages Required: Gujarati Telugu Kannada and Hindi
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts: 11-hour rotational
Benefits: VISA Food and Accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound chats and calls to assist users on the platform.
Promote platform features offers bonuses and promotions to increase user activity and engagement.
Support users with account registration deposits withdrawals and general queries.
Work towards achieving daily weekly and monthly performance targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads conversations and user interactions.
Use Excel for tracking data updating reports and monitoring performance.
Provide professional empathetic and persuasive communication to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Previous customer service or telesales experience preferred (experience in gaming or fintech domains is a plus).
Fluency in Gujarati Telugu Kannada and Hindi is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry and formulas).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational day shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
