We are looking for a friendly professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries provide accurate information resolve issues efficiently and ensure an excellent customer experience through phone email chat or in-person support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product service and account-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the best possible solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Process customer requests orders and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet service quality standards and response time targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication.
- Stay updated on company products services and policies.
- Perform other customer support and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelors degree (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service call center retail or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude patience and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.
