Key Leadership Responsibilities:

System Ownership:Oversee CRM configuration workflow design and overall platform optimization.

Data Analytics:Lead behavioral analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of CRM experience with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Proven background within the Forex or financial services industry.
