Controls Service Technician

What you will do

The Technician Controls service is a key role reporting directly to the Field Line Manager/Sr. Operations Team Leader Aftermarket and will be based in Dubai. The key role of a Controls Technician shall be:

• Day-to-day execution of the Service and Maintenance in line with Company Best Practices.

• Carry out service maintenance and small retrofit works on BMS systems used for comfort and energy efficiency across projects comprising Data Center Retail & Commercial Buildings.

• Knowledge of Testing & commissioning BMS system Basic knowledge 3rd party integration Basic programming logics Graphics building.

• Customer coordination preparation of AMC related documents including data center maintenance.

• Coordination with Subcontractors to get the job done for BMS installations/rectifications.

• Conduct planning scheduling directing monitoring controlling for uniform service execution.

• Attend critical infrastructures and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ensure KPIs are met & Continuous monitoring of Service Level Agreement compliance.

• Alignment and implementation of Service Management Quality Management and Health & Safety & Environmental Standards.

• Coordination with senior engineer on the opportunities from product end of life and replacement/upgrade solutions.

• Identifying business growth opportunities and service delivery improvements.

How you will do it

• As a Controls Technician you will be the contact point for all team members and you will use your BMS systems technical knowledge skills to execute Maintenance carry out full dilapidation reports inspecting all BMS Controls recommending system enhancements upgrades and replacements as necessary. Youll carry out and report on site surveys root cause analysis project progress with coordination of senior engineer.
• You will understand the customer requirements and concerns by meeting them on regular basis and provide them required technical services repair for Controls & ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Youre determined and consistent in your approach to work managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning and time management skills.

What we look for

Required

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in the field of Electrical / Electronic/Mechanical/Computer engineering or similar field.

• Minimum 5 Years Experience with Operations & Maintenance of large size projects.

• Excellent customer service & relationship skills.

• Min. 5 Years experience Core BMS commissioning & with excellent HVAC knowledge.

• Minimum 5 years experience as a BMS technician in service.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in reading and understanding SLAs & KPIs.

• Customer oriented and identify business development opportunities.

• Valid UAE Driving License is required; candidates holding a UAE Driving License will be given strong preference.

• Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and professional manner
