ملخص الوظيفة
- Lead the preparation scheduling coordination and monitoring of assigned engineering projects with precision and efficiency
- Enforce strict adherence to applicable codes industry best practices and rigorous QAQC
- Engage in daily client interactions adeptly interpreting their needs and requirements
- Operate and manage all the related contractual and commercial issues with clients contractors and suppliers.
- Manage and conduct the technical and commercial workshops attending meetings with projects officials contractors and suppliers.
- Determine and manage the required reports to monitor and evaluate the project progress.
- Direct the planning department for procurement production and installation program
- Operate control and monitor project team performance and their productivity.
- Follow-up for monthly payment applications and payments.
- Timely submit variations and follow-up for approvals
- Follow-up site QA/QC and safety procedure as per site requirements
- Maintain safe and clean working environment at site by enforcing procedures rules and regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years experience in Joinery/Interior Fitout Works
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical / Civil Engineering Plus training courses.
- Certificate in project Management/Contract Management is an Advantage
