Via Medica in association with International SOS is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Student Wellbeing team. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment counselling crisis intervention and mental health support to students while promoting a positive and inclusive campus environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual counselling.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and crisis support.
Develop treatment plans and maintain confidential clinical records.
Collaborate with academic and student support teams to enhance student wellbeing.
Facilitate mental health awareness programs and psychoeducational workshops.
Refer students to external healthcare providers when appropriate.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
Valid DOH License as a Clinical Psychologist (mandatory).
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the UAE.
Previous experience in a school college or university setting is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication and case management skills.
