- Perform daily cleaning sanitizing and maintenance of guest rooms bathrooms corridors lobbies elevators and public areas.
- Restock and replenish all guest amenities linens towels and cleaning supplies in a timely and organized manner.
- Follow standardized cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report maintenance issues damages or equipment malfunctions promptly to the supervisor or housekeeping manager.
- Handle and dispose of waste and hazardous materials according to environmental and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning tools chemicals and supplies.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing window cleaning and upholstery care as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet cleaning targets and support peak occupancy periods.
- Adhere to all company policies hygiene standards and guest confidentiality protocols.
- Demonstrate professionalism courtesy and discretion when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Minimum 13 years of proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning within a hospitality environment (hotels resorts or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using standard cleaning equipment and chemical products safely and effectively.
- Basic understanding of health safety and sanitation practices in hospitality settings.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
