Civil Engineer

Employee Recruit, a leading Real Estate company based in Dubai, UAE, is looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Civil Engineer with us, you will play a vital role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring their timely and successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors to resolve any project issues.

- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.

- Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

- 1-10 years of experience in construction project management.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional Engineer (PE) license.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
