Chief Financial Officer CFO – FXCFD Brokerage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and execute the companys financial strategybudgeting and forecasting processes

Provide strategic financial guidance to the board focusingon growth ROI and cost optimisation

Support business expansion into new markets throughstructured financial planning and analysis

Manage high-volume multi-currency cash flows acrossmultiple jurisdictions

Oversee banking relationships and global payment flowoperations

Implement hedging strategies to ensure liquidity capitaladequacy and financial stability

Ensure compliance with offshore regulatory frameworks (e.g.

FSCA FSA and other jurisdictions)

Oversee financial reporting audits and regulatorysubmissions

Structure entities and financial operations for tax efficiencyand regulatory compliance

Maintain transparency and accountability across all financialprocesses

Develop and maintain strong internal financial controls tosafeguard company and client assets

Monitor financial and trading-related risk exposure

Ensure compliance with internal governance and riskframeworks

Lead and manage the global finance team across multipleregions

Drive automation and efficiency across financial processesand reporting systems

Oversee ERP and treasury management system

implementation and optimisation

Align finance operations with overall business and tradingobjectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business

Administration or related field (Masters preferred)

Professional qualification (CPA ACCA or equivalent)

Minimum 5 years in senior finance leadership within

FX/CFD brokerage environments (mandatory)

Proven experience managing high-volume multi-currency

treasury operations

Strong knowledge of offshore regulatory frameworks (FSCA

FSA etc.)

Experience working with brokerage trading environments

and financial systems

Strong strategic analytical and decision-making skills

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Experience with ERP systems and treasury management

tools

Exposure to fast-growing FX/CFD brokerage environments

Experience managing cross-border finance teams.
