We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer transactions accurately provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process cash credit card and digital payment transactions accurately.
- Issue receipts refunds and exchanges according to company policies.
- Count cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Balance the cash register and report any discrepancies.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked checkout counter.
- Follow company procedures for handling cash and financial transactions.
- Support the sales team and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
