Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' cardiovascular health

Perform surgical interventions for a range of cardiac diseases

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

Monitor postoperative recovery and manage patient follow-up

Educate patients and families on cardiac health and surgical procedures

Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives

Stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiothoracic surgery

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Requirements & Skills:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree in medicine

Completion of a residency program in Cardiac Surgery

Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and surgical techniques

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Preferred Qualifications:

Board certification in Cardiac Surgery is an advantage

Experience with robotic cardiac surgery techniques

Familiarity with advanced cardiac imaging technologies
