besteya, a leading software development company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Sales Executive at besteya, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and establishing key client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.


Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years' experience in software sales.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Emirati nationality preferred.

- Fluency in English.
