Our client is an expanding organization seeking a Business Development Executive to support its growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong commercial relationships. The Role

The Business Development Executive will focus on generating new business expanding existing client relationships and supporting revenue growth through proactive market engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial leadership to identify opportunities build pipelines and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and client presentations.
  • Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems.
  • Attend networking events exhibitions and industry meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client solutions.
  • Achieve agreed business development targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular activity reports and market intelligence updates.
  • Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship management capabilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.
