DREAMZTECH is a leading IT System Data Services company based in Dubai, UAE, seeking a proactive and strategic-minded Business Development professional to drive growth and foster this role, you will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's expansion.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.

- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and upsell opportunities.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.

- Prepare and present persuasive business proposals and presentations to key stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.


Requirements & Skills:

- 2-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive business growth.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.

- Certification in Sales or Business Development is a plus.
