As a Business Analyst you will work closely with our management team. • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to provide data analysis that will support the formulation of recommendations for strategic decision-making
• Conducting in-depth business analytics to identify trends challenges and opportunities
• Developing financial models forecasts and reports to support data-driven decisions
• Managing and overseeing key projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
• Participating in budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
• Creating compelling presentations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings insights and strategies to stakeholders
• Staying updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in business analysis financial analysis project management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of business analytics tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and financial modeling software (e.g. Excel)
• Proven project management experience with familiarity with tools like Asana Trello or Jira
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Previous experience working directly with executive leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
