What you will be doing:

• Ensure timely and courteous delivery of guests luggage messages and other items throughout the property
• Personalize guests room orientation in a professional friendly and engaging manner highlighting key amenities and services
• Maintain a welcoming presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand offering exceptional service to all guests
• Assist guests with directions local recommendations and general inquiries about the property and surrounding area
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely service delivery
• Handle and store guest luggage safely and securely maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns escalating issues to management when necessary
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times representing the brand with pride and integrity
