Bar Beverage Manager

• Oversee the daily operations of all hotel bars and beverage outlets ensuring smooth service operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.

• Develop and implement innovative beverage menus cocktail concepts seasonal promotions and beverage offerings aligned with the hotels brand standards and guest preferences.

• Manage beverage costs inventory stock control purchasing and supplier relationships to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

• Lead train motivate and develop the bar and beverage team ensuring excellent product knowledge service standards upselling techniques and consistent performance.

• Monitor beverage revenue sales performance cost of sales and departmental budgets identifying opportunities to increase revenue and achieve financial targets.

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies UAE regulations licensing requirements hygiene standards and responsible alcohol service practices while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage leadership team Culinary department and other hotel departments to enhance beverage offerings organize special events improve guest satisfaction and drive overall outlet performance.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 35 years of experience in bar or beverage management preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.

• Strong knowledge of wines spirits cocktails mixology and international beverage trends.

• Proven experience in team leadership beverage cost control inventory management and revenue optimization.

• Excellent communication leadership organizational and guest service skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and public holidays.
