ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL DRAFTSMAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings layouts sections and shop drawings in compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with design engineering and site teams to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intent and site conditions.
• Modify and revise drawings based on comments from consultants engineers or construction teams.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to local authority regulations project standards and company quality guidelines.
• Assist in preparing asbuilt drawings and documentation for project closeout.
• Maintain organized documentation and manage revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit or other drafting software is an advantage.
• Proven experience in largescale building or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of detailing construction methods and drafting standards.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE with immediate availability to join.
