URGENT HIRING
We are urgently seeking an experienced Male Arabic Chef for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and overseeing high-quality Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine while maintaining excellent standards of taste presentation consistency hygiene and kitchen operations.
Prepare and oversee authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes.
Maintain consistent food quality taste portioning and presentation.
Supervise food preparation and ensure recipes and standards are followed.
Organize daily mise en place and kitchen workflow.
Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
Maintain high food safety hygiene and HACCP standards.
Control food waste and support efficient use of ingredients.
Coordinate effectively with the culinary and service teams.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Ensure dishes meet the presentation standards of a luxury resort hotel.
Male candidate.
Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a professional kitchen.
Strong expertise in Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Hotel resort fine-dining or high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Arabic food preparation cooking techniques and presentation.
Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation standards.
Good knowledge of food safety hygiene and HACCP procedures.
Strong kitchen organization and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
Good leadership teamwork and communication skills.
Luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
Salary: AED 5000 per month
