Reporting directly to the CEO this role will be responsible for defining People10s AI vision building AI-native engineering capabilities shaping client-facing AI offerings and establishing People10 as a recognized leader in AI-led enterprise transformation. Based in Dubai and Bengaluru this role will work closely with leadership clients partners and delivery teams across global markets. Roles & Responsibilities AI Strategy & Transformation Leadership AI-Native Engineering & Delivery AI Solutions & Innovation Client Advisory & Market Leadership Capability Building WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Establish People10s AI architecture and governance framework. Enable AI-native engineering practices across delivery teams. Launch reusable AI accelerators and client-facing AI solutions. Deliver demonstrable AI modernization outcomes. Strengthen People10s market positioning as an AI-led transformation partner. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 1218 years of experience in software engineering architecture consulting data cloud or enterprise technology leadership. Proven experience leading large-scale digital cloud data or AI transformation initiatives. Strong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) AI Agents and Agentic Architectures Data Platforms Data Governance and MDM Cloud Platforms (Azure AWS GCP) DevOps MLOps and AI Engineering Practices LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES Strategic and visionary thinking Strong business and commercial acumen Executive communication and influence Innovation and transformation leadership Ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This is one of the most strategic leadership positions within People10. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 1218 years of experience in software engineering architecture consulting data cloud orenterprise technology leadership. Proven experience leading large-scale digital cloud data or AI transformation initiatives. Strong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience.
